Solar Observing (weather permitting)
Come take a close look at our nearest star, the sun, through our specially-designed telescopes and filters that allows safe viewing of the sun. Depending on solar activity, you can see sun spots and solar prominences.
Ask an astronomer
Come see the the different telescopes on display and feel free to ask any questions about their use and care.
“What’s Up” Slideshow Presentation
Come see what’s in store for tonight. We’ll talk about the celestial objects that will be visible in the night sky and through the telescopes. Stars, planets, the moon and other deep sky treasures.
Night Sky Observing (weather permitting)
Come look through our telescopes and enjoy the views, as we observe the moon, the planets Jupiter and Saturn, and other deep sky treasures.
